"Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very supportive. He never hesitates to share information or respond to a question or concern, any day or any hour. During Ryan's first visit to the house, we discussed improvements to be made, and he helped prioritize them to meet time and budget constraints. The advice he gives is spot on, especially in regards to a pre-listing home inspection - having the results of the inspection allowed us to be more thoughtful in our asking price, and in the end we saved time, money, and frustration.
Ryan also went above and beyond: when the listing photographer failed to deliver, Ryan trained himself on the Matterport and created the virtual tour himself! He helped a lot with the showings; working around my schedule, always asking if it was okay for him to bring someone in, and giving me a hand to empty the house each time, and we secured an offer 1 week after listing! Ryan was tremendously supportive during negotiations, and he continued to help after closing when a small issue arose.

"Ryan is hands down the most professional and helpful real estate professional we have ever worked with. Both my wife and I have been in the building and real estate fields in new York City for years. Looking for land around Rockland, we came across Ryan through a quick search (drawn by DJ work at Rockland’s public radio station) and sent him criteria/what we were looking for and a list of possible properties. The next day we received an almost encyclopedic response from him detailing the pros and cons of the sites we had mentioned, as well as suggestions for other properties. "Five stars is not enough for Ryan! He is an incredibly thoughtful, responsive, knowledgable and engaged realtor. He was attentive to detail, proactive about answering questions we didn't even knew we had and timely in all of his communication. He made the process enjoyable and was able to understand what we were hoping for through the negotiation phase and met us where we were.
We were first time home buyers and had one billion questions--he was enthusiastic about answering every single one of them. He was able to tip us off to some very important information that our lenders neglected to tell us about which will end up saving us lots of money in the long run. Buying a house was initially intimidating because we were first time home buyers, we weren't sure what we wanted in a house, and we were using a VA loan. However, Ryan kept us on track, advised us well, and led us to an on-time closing, with a house in our budget, that we were excited to move in to.
Ryan made the process easy because he was replied quickly when we had questions, and he arranged showings and meetings promptly when needed.
